Pana cotta à la cardamome et à la compotée de mirabelles (6 pers)
(ça en jette comme titre!!!)
Pour la pana cotta :
50 cl de crème liquide
10 cl de lait
40 g de sucre
2 g d'agar agar
1 pincée de graines de vanille
2 pincées de cardamome
Pour la compotée :
300 g de mirabelles dénoyautées
1 bâton de cannelle
1 cuill à soupe de miel

Pour la pana cotta :
50 cl de crème liquide
10 cl de lait
40 g de sucre

Pour la compotée :
300 g de mirabelles dénoyautées
1 bâton de cannelle
1 cuill à soupe de miel
Dans une casserole, verser tous les ingrédients pour la pana cotta. Mélanger et faire bouillir 30 secondes, puis éteindre le feu. Verser la crème dans des verrines puis laisser refroidir avant de mettre au frais au moins 3 heures.
Dans une casserole, faire compoter les mirabelles avec le miel et la cannelle. Cette préparation sera à verser sur la pana cotta lorsqu'elle aura pris et dés que la compote aura refroidi.
Un conseil, 2g d'agar c'est vraiment suffisant.... Les épices se marient superbement avec la mirabelle, c'est très bon et très facile à faire!
